From a formal sit-down dinner to a customized gourmet event with specialty stations, Talamore provides couples with a wide palette of options to customize and design their wedding reception. While most venues will limit the palette of catering options, Weddings at Talamore is pleased to offer all the colors and flavors of the rainbow and beyond.

Brunch Menu

With Diamond and Silver packages available for your wedding, the options in these brunch menu packages includes a champagne toast, appetizer, hors d’oeuvres, display, buffet, dessert, beverages and full premium brand open bar, with enhancements and upgrades available for each package that includes smoked fish deli, raw bar, and waffle station. Buffet Menu

With packages that includes the Dogwood Buffet or Orchid Buffet options, these buffet packages include cocktail hour and champagne toast, the buffet, and wedding cake. The Dogwood Buffet package includes a champagne toast, appetizer with one served tableside, the choice of two entrees from the list, and dessert, with a standard beer, wine, and soda open bar. The Orchid Buffet package includes a champagne toast, appetizer with one served tableside, the choice of three entrees, and dessert, with a premium brand open bar.

Formal Wedding Menu

Including cocktail hour, dinner selection, and open bar, the Formal Wedding Package includes butlered hors d’oeuvres, with the choice of ten chilled and hot butler-passed hors d’oeuvres, and the ability to upgrade the menu. This wedding package includes cocktail hour with three stations, and dinner which includes appetizer, choice of three entrées (Chef Specialty or À la Carte), desserts, wedding cake, and premium brand open bar, with the option for a coffee nightcap.

Elegant Wedding Menu

This package includes a five hour reception, cocktail hour, dinner selections, and premium brand open bar, with butlered hors d’oeuvres and the option to upgrade entrées and options.

Masterpiece Wedding Guide

Talamore’s Masterpiece Wedding starts with a Cocktail Hour AND A HALF with 6 stations! A specialty bar with Margaritas, Bellinis or Martinis, a gourmand of antipasto and artisan cheeses and 4 additional stations to select from ranging from Sushi to Sliders to a Tailgate theme! Ten different Butlered hors d’oevres will weave through your reception featuring with a wide range of tastes from Truffle Mac and Cheese to Porcini Dusted Lamb Chops to Shrimp Casino. For the Main course, the Masterpiece includes a variety of Chef’s Composed Duets or you can paint your own! 2 additional choices of Composed Entrees will complete the picture. Along with your Traditional Wedding Cake, 2 Dessert tables will spoil your guests with selections like S’Mores, Gelato, a Mini Donut Bar or a sumptuous Viennese table. Ending your evening on a warm note is the luscious Talachino Station with a host of specialty liqueurs. There is absolutely nothing like the Masterpiece – An individualized portrait that frames the evening of your dreams.
