Our new and improved fitness center includes a wide variety of the latest resistance and cardiovascular equipment.

CYBEX Circuit Weights - perfect for a complete and efficient workout
Cardiovascular Room - featuring a variety of aerobic stations: Treadmills, Bikes, Upper Body Ergometer, Stairmasters and Cross Country Skiing
Free Weight Room - complete with squat rack, benches, dumb bells and bar bells
Handicapped Accessible - equipment for cardiovascular and strength training are available on the main level and are wheelchair accessible
Personal Training - is available by appointment and aerobic classes are offered daily

The Fitness Center is open from 5:00am-10:00pm daily.
The Pool is open from Memorial Day weekend till Labor Day weekend.
The Tennis Courts are open April thru October.
